Not possible to copy repository URL in Repository Editor

If you have no Adobe Flash installed it is impossible to copy URL at Authoring -> Administration -> Repository Editor. Copy URL button is not working and text block is locked so you can't select the text and copy it manually.
(For example on GitHub "copy to clipboard" button is not visible in browser without Flash but you can select all text with single click and copy it with context menu or with CTRL+C.)

Also it is not so easy to understand that you are copied repository URL in clipboard when you use "Copy repository URL" with enabled Flash.
User expect some notification (like on GitHub -> copy repository URL) and button:active CSS property.
