Description of problem: not able to open any assets

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): CR2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create project
2. create process with rule node and script node
3. create form for the process using form designer and modify multiple time to create multiple version
4. delete form version 2 from version history
5. still deleted version shows on the version history
6. select restore deleted form version
7. you should get error form not found, navoigate project authoring, you wouldn't see any action , everything frozen

Actual results: project screen is completely frozen.

Expected results: should able to navigate project perspective or any other assest on the project
