Cause: Previous button is missing in the toolbar.

Consequence: The set of visible icons is changed, but there is no option to show the previous set of icons.

Fix: This has been fixed in the latest release and the button is visible now.

Result: In ER4, when Next button is present then Previous button is also visible.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. resize a tab (get smaller)
2. click on button NEXT in the north toolbar

Actual results:
The set of visible icons is changed, but there is no option how show the previous set of icons. The button Previous is missing.

Expected results:
The button "Previous" is visible and is able to click on it.
