JobExecutor: Doubled and useless buttons in Job perspective

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Navigate to the async. jobs view (Deploy -> Jobs links)
      2. Look at the right upper corner, there are a Refresh, Close and Dropdown button there. There are two Refresh buttons. Close and Dropdown button are useless in Job perspective.

      Actual results:
      Refresh, Close and Dropdown button are visible.

      Expected results:
      Refresh, Close and Dropdown button are removed.
