How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Admin go to maitai-bpms site.
2. Clicking Authoring->Project Authoring->New Items->Enumeration.
3. Add enum more than 12.

Actual Result:
After add the 12th enum, 'Add Enum' button is not enabled as attachment.

Expected Result:
User can add more enum or there is prompt message about only 12 enums can be added in a project.
