DRL Editor has 'show fact types' collapsed by default - should be expanded

      Description of problem:
      The DRL editor has 'show fact types' collapsed by default, but it pushes the entry window over to the right anyway. Suggest expanding the fact types by default since this space is already reserved anyway.
