Description of problem:
In BPMS 6.0.1 ER1 there was a column "Type" in "Form Data Origin" section of form modeler, for each data origin item. This field has been removed in BPMS 6.0.1 ER2. I believe this field was useful, because it helped users to distinguish from where given item was added (was it from some data modeler class? or from some class from class path? Or is is just one of the basic types).

I think it would make the feature even more useful, if it was internationalized - e.g. if the column "Type" would show exactly the same string, as the Type radio button that user used to define given data origin item. See screenshots for details of what I mean.
