Process/Rule/Form/... pick menu is not translated.

          • Description of problem:
            See attached screenshot. The menu which can be used to open a process/drl/form/etc. is not localized.
          • Additional info:
            It's more than possible that this issue is mentioned somewhere in the i18n issues but I believe we should have a separate issue for this. The translation is missing for all languages.
