      Description of problem:
In the KPI panel editor there is a preview of the KPI we are editting.
In Internet Explorer 10 this preview sometimes shrinks to a small dot, making the preview useless. Observe the issue in the video. This problem seems to be specific to NVD3 Pie charts only. The other types of charts don't have this issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BPMS 6.0.0 ER7 deployed on EAP 6.1.1 using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 2012

      How reproducible:
It happens invariably after several clicks and edits of controls (checkboxes, input boxes). It seems to happen sooner for slower machines (e.g. 1-3 edits on slower machine, 10-20 edits on faster machine) but it happens always after some number of edits.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login with admin user, in Showcase workspace navigate to page 'Sales opportunities'
      2. For the some KPI panel with Pie chart (e.g. Opportunities by status or Opportunities by country) click options > Edit content
      3. Perform some edits (clicking checkboxes, selecting different select values etc)

      Actual results:
When the preview is reloaded after edit, it is shrunk to a tiny point

      Expected results:
KPI preview should reload correctly after each edit
