Description of problem:
If you try to resize SwimLane in IE10 or IE11 (using up-left corner of SwimLane) elements inside SwimLane will be moved but Sequence Flow elements not (IE11), Sequence Flow elements will be moved partially (IE10), see screenshot in attachment.

6.1.2.CR3 and below (at least to 6.1.GA)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Business Process with SwimLane
2. Resize SwimLane (using up-left corner)
3. Move something else (Tasks, Events etc.)

Actual results:
Point 2: With SwimLane resizing Task and other elements will be moved, but Sequence Flow elements not (IE11), Sequence Flow elements will be moved just partially (IE10). See attachment.
Point 3: All Sequent Flow elements will be redrawn in correct way.

Expected results:
All elements including Sequent Flow elements will be moved correctly after SwimLane resize without any delay (Point 2).
