Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to maitai-bpms site.
2. Clicking Authoring->Artifact Repository, check the refresh link.
3. Clicking Deployment, check the refresh link.

Actual Result:
The Refresh link in the artifact repository list locate on the page left area.
The Refresh link in the deployment list locate on the page right area.

Expected Result:
The operation link should locate the same position to let user find it easily.
