Description
Description of problem:
In BPM Example App (aka Big App), there is a human task "Increase Down Payment" belonging to the demo process "MortgageApplication". When this task is completed by filling in the form in the task list, the values of some of its fields disappear after task is completed. Observe the current behavior in the video attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download [1] and setup BPM Example App according to instructions in the README (to make it easier create single user with all roles: appraiser,broker,manager,admin). Also use the client.jar - as described in README - which starts 16 instances of the demo process.
2. Go to task list and focus on tasks "Increase Down Payment". Try to complete some of these tasks by filling in higher value for "Down payment" (don't mind the warning that appears in the servel log - this has been established as not a bug here: Bug 1065922)
Actual results:
After Complete button is clicked, the values of the first three fields disappear.
Expected results:
All fields's values in the task form that were pre-filled should remain filled after comleting the task.

after unzipping this. there is a subfolder jboss-bpm-example with README containing setup instructions
Comments for the video:
Notice in 0:26 and again in 0:42 the form field values disappear, after task is completed.
