Description of problem:
"Login as another user" button after unsuccessful login on EAP points to weblogic page:
http://localhost:8080/assembly/weblogic12/kie-wb.html?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BPM Suite 6.1.0.ER4
EAP 6.3.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Setup BPM Suite business central on EAP.
2.) cd ${EAP_HOME}/bin
3.) ./add-user.sh name the user arbitrarily, for example testuser, add him only to user defined group broker, do not add him to a group with access rights like admin.
4.) Try to login into business-central. You will see "Login failed: Not Authorized".
5.) Click on the button 'Login as another user'. You are redirected to non-existing page:
http://localhost:8080/assembly/weblogic12/kie-wb.html?

Actual results:
Click on the button 'Login as another user'.
You are redirected to non-existing page:
http://localhost:8080/assembly/weblogic12/kie-wb.html?

Expected results:
Click on the button 'Login as another user'.
You are redirected to a working page for EAP.
