Employee-scheduling-quickstart fails to run in native mode

      1. Download from sources "http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/rcm-guest/staging/rhbop/rhbop-8.29.0.ER1/rhbop-8.29.0-optaplanner-quickstarts-sources.zip"
      2. Download settings.xml to setup repo settings.xml
      3. in employee-scheduling folder execute 
        mvn package -s /settings.xml -Dnative -DskipTests 
         java -jar ./target/quarkus-app/quarkus-run.jar

      By the documentation ES should run with the native mode

      java -jar ./target/*/*-run.jar

      fails with
