2022 Week 47-49 (from Nov 21)
Motivation
Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) streamlines moving on-premises Red Hat OpenShift workloads to AWS, and offers tight integration with other AWS services.
Long term, all Red Hat Application Foundations products should be certified on ROSA. That will be achieved with LPInterop testing. However, we don’t want to go through zero-testing without knowing what results we can expect. Therefore, we want to do a one-time sanity test to see if the certification will run smoothly or if we should expect a lot of changes and adaptation to run on ROSA.
Goal
Run RBOP 8.29.GA on ROSA and see what changes / fixes would be needed for full certification
Scenarios
Run a basic set of RBOP integration tests on ROSA and evaluate the results.
Expected outcomes
Results of RBOP tests run on ROSA
