Motivation

Architects, developers and OptaPlanner users need documentation which will briefly describe and introduce OptaPlanner, what it does, what are the planning problems, constraints, and examples of the planning problems that OptaPlanner can solve. It should also include instructions on how to create new OptaPlanner projects in java, using spring boot starters and Quarkus.

Publish getting started guide for Red Hat build of OptaPlanner

Scenarios

As an architect, I need to know how OptaPlanner would fit in a solution that I am building.

As an architect / developer, I want to check whether the problem I am trying to solve is “OptaPlanner (NP-hard) problem” that OptaPlanner can solve/optimize.

As a developer, I need to know how to create a new OptaPlanner project in Java/Spring Boot/ Quarkus.
