Describe the bug

File: server_development/topics/identity-brokering.adoc

this documentation mention ftl files, like: themes/base/account/account.ftl but this file is not even included in key cloak-theme.jar.

Please add in the documentation where to get this template. It seems very rare but this template is not even in the keycloak package.
