Need to add support for Red Hat build of Keycloak running on ARM based architecture.

As Cloud providers are providing ARM based hosting options Keycloak should be able to deliver revenue as workloads move to the public cloud.
Also a user might use it just for development and testing purposes on ARM platform.

So ARM should be added to the supported architectures.
