Description

At the moment kc.bat is not able to run as a windows service. This creates limitations for usage keycloak in on-prem windows specific environments. Before with wildfly it was possible to have keycloak running as a service but now with quarkus this looks like impossible without using something like nssm (which might not be allowed by some security managers).
