The link <@links.server id="caching" anchor="securing-cache-communication"/> is broken as the title on the target changed, and no explicit anchor was used.

Expected behavior

The anchor should work.

Actual behavior

The anchor does not point to a valid target.

Downstream docs builds fail due to that.
