In the German translations of the Admin UI, a placeholder for the user count is incorrect

Expected behavior

Actual behavior

How to Reproduce?

• Enable German locatization for the Admin Console
• Try to delete multiple users from the users list
• See the title of the confirm dialogue not using the number of users to be deleted, but instead {{count}
