Describe the bug

When setting the issue for PR https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/pull/39859, the labeler failed to set the label to the related issue.

Expected behavior

The version label should be set to the parent issue.

Actual behavior

It is not set, as there is (yet) another GitHub syntax with the full issue name for referencing issues in the body.
