Due to RHBK-2676, the product build configuration requires manual updates for each new version of RHBQ, in order for that version of RHBQ to be in effect during the build-time dependency version alignment.

These necessary manual updates have been missed in releases of 26.0.x since its initial release of 26.0.5.

RHBQ version desired as of RHBK 26.0.12: 3.15.4.redhat-00001
