Describe the bug

When I click on any localization link on a form, the localization is gone.

Expected behavior

The browser should scroll, but the localization should stay in the language that I have chosen.

The localization is gone

How to Reproduce?

• Open the Admin UI from a nightly build
• Open a form
• Click on any of the jump links
