Expected behavior

Readonly/disabled profile form input fields are visually grayed out.

Actual behavior

Readonly/disabled profile form input fields look editable.

How to Reproduce?

Disable username from beeing editable. Then check account-console:
…/realms/{{REALM/account/personalInfo}}

Anything else?
