Describe the bug

In our testing we want to have a specific version of Aurora which we test with.
As we test a specific version of Aurora, the DB shouldn't automatically update for customers.

Do not automatically update the database

Actual behavior

The database automatically updates

How to Reproduce?

Leave the DB running for a week, and eventually see it update. Also, go to the AWS console in the DB settings and see that auto-update is enabled.
