Describe the bug

In the events section of admin console, filtering by user and client does not seem to do anything. It looks like these filters are not sent to the server.

Also, the filter UI is unclear as to whether you need to specify the user name or the user id. Ideally, you could just use either and it would simply work.

Lastly, for other filters, it is easy to remove it by clicking an X, like when filtering users by attribute:

But with event filters, there is no X
