Keycloak 26.0 container uses OpenJDK 21, while RHBK 26.0 uses OpenJDK 17.

RHBK should be using the same as upstream Keycloak, and in fact there is a difference in performance due to this, where upstream Keycloak container has better performance than RHBK container.
