RHBK Operator currently offers a RealmImport CR but with limited Realm management capabilities as compared to the legacy RH-SSO Operator for Realm CR support.

The Realm Import is meant to be replaced with a Realm CR for full Realm management instead of just one time import.

We need to provide the ability to CRUD realms through a Keycloak Realm CR as it was in the previous operator, to make it comply more with 'configuration as a code' and gitops approaches, while also supporting the fields found in the RealmRepresentation.
