The EventMesh sink provides a Http endpoint that receives events provided by the Knative trigger. The service should be able to verify OIDC tokens when configured.

The OIDC token gets injected into the running Pod from Knative controllers. When the feature is enabled the service needs to verify that incoming requests use the proper OIDC token in the Authorization header.
