Native ServiceNow Integration for RHACS Compliance Reports

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Two RHACS customers are interested in an integration to export RHACS compliance reports directly into ServiceNow. Currently, compliance reports can be manually downloaded from the RHACS portal as PDF or CSV, but there is no automated or direct mechanism to push these into ServiceNow.

The end goal is to forward identified non-compliance issues as actionable items (such as incidents, tasks, or catalog items) to the relevant teams in ServiceNow. This would enable automated workflows for diagnosis, remediation tracking, approval, and verification of fixes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Updates include:

• One-time or scheduled exports of full compliance reports.
• Creation of ServiceNow records for individual non-compliance findings.
• Inclusion of relevant details: cluster/namespace/node context, control/standard violated, severity, evidence, remediation guidance, and links back to RHACS.

• Provide an auditable trail of compliance issues from detection in RHACS to remediation completion in ServiceNow
• Assign ownership to teams/responsible parties within ServiceNow workflows
