Expose log-level and log-format parameter in EDO

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer uses log-level and log-format parameters to do troubleshooting in their environment when something breaks. Without the ability to increase log level EDO emits minimal logs which are not useful for troubleshooting.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer can't adopt EDO without this change due to EDO not being usable in their environment
