Unable to add node labels with Assisted Installer during installation.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer wants to add label to the worker nodes during installation but unable to do so.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer is using assisted installer to deploy new openshift clusters on baremetal nodes. After installation, several components require labeled nodes to allocate storage, routers, gpus, etc:

• One of the requirement is to label the new worker nodes during installation which will be later used for determining the ingresscontroller nodesplacement via acm policy.
• Other customers report that they would like this feature to also label future ODF nodes during install time.
