Pull down an Operator repository index at a specific version via wildcard

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Add functionality to allow oc-mirror users to use the a willd-card ('*') syntax to pull down all the operator images from an index at a specific version.

For example, users that have OCP 4.19 installed on a disconnected environment want to be able to pull down the latest Red Hat official operators for OCP version 4.19 from an index.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
User with disconnected OCP environment with limitless storage would like to evaluate different operator based Red Hat products on their disconnected network.
