Reference version in oc cluster compare json output

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Today, in the metadata https://github.com/openshift-kni/telco-reference/blob/main/telco-ran/configuration/kube-compare-reference/metadata.yaml there is a check for the clusterversion the reference is targetting.

This is great, but for future work around a rule engine we're working on it would be great to have the reference version that was used as part of the tool's json output.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

We are writting a rule engine that builds on top of kube compare's json output and it will help us to filter rules by reference target version.
