• Validate MCP name lenght considering 63 characters limit and auto generated MachineConfigs

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Machine Config Controller should validate custom pool config names, while taking into consideration the "63 characters limit" for the auto-generated MachineConfigs (i.e. ContainerRuntimeConfig or KubeletConfig

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• At this time the validation is done not when the custom MCP is created, but when the auto-generated 99-$MCP-generated-containerruntime-1 is created.
