      1. Customer needs/wants to have full IPI support on Azure AVS as we do with on-prem VMware vSphere platform.
        1. Support Case # 04358530
        2. Cluster storage operator -> vspshere problem detector cannot find a VM
      2. Engineering believes permisissions needed are implicit on current environments, they need to test (one of the reasons for this RFE).
      3. Further discussions witht MS might be needed to ask for clarifications on why current security policies does not allow customers to have full IPI support while vmware on aws (VMware Cloud on AWS) allows it.

      "If we determine from testing in this environment that, somehow those permissions are implict and CSI works without them, we we could make this work."
