Title: Standalone OpenShift MCP Server

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Request: Expose an OpenShift MCP Server for any Agent interaction on OpenShift version 4.14 and higher.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Why: Many customers are working on bringing Operational efficiencies via the MCP Server, but are stuck on an old version of OpenShift due to long upgrade cycles and many other reasons. This request is to be able to expose MCP servers on OpenShift 4.14 version and higher for them to continue building AIOps capabilities.
