Enable bulk download for Openshift Documentation

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

We’ve had several requests from customers and partners that wish to download ALL available books for a specific OCP version instead of creating scripts or downloading each book one by one in PDF format.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Right now a good value for customers would be to feed these PDFs to their in-house LLMs/AI solutions or just use their own search or indexing to scan the Openshift documentations.
