Network Graph tool Enhancements. 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

a. Improve tool to give user a visualization of the network flows including how it shows which namespaces/deployments have Network Policies

b. A mechanism to check if a NetworkPolicy is blocking traffic on the cluster by checking the logs (ie. a way to visually see the blocked traffic from this dashboard too)

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer who currently heavily use RHACM, want to adopt ACS to manage network policies.
