sessionPersistence is currently not available

Custom needs to do header-based routing to distinct K8S services and don't want to instantiate Mesh for this.

They can use Gateway API but the problem is that they need to handle old-school stateful applications, so they need to be able to do session persistence and have the Gateway API inject a persistence cookie.
