• Support disabling public network access for CSI-provisioned storage

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Similar to OS Disks [0][1], CSI-provisioned storage should support toggling public network access, preferably through either a storageClass property or, alternatively, one in the CSIDriver CR.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• This currently required manual intervention for those environments that can't have public network access resources.
