Allow AddonDeploymentConfigs to use nodeAffinity

Currently, addondeploymentconfigs only allow for nodeselector, which is a hard requirement, but not nodeAffinty, which is a soft requirement

As a RHACM admin I need the nodeAffinity option to allow me to use addondeploymentconfigs when using RHACM to manages fleets with clusters without infra nodes, such as SNO and Compact
