Need metrics to monitor multipath status

For now, there is no metrics present to monitor multipath service thorough prometheus .

 
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

[ Business Impact ] 

Customer is on OCP 4.18 baremetal, Hosted Control Planes, OCP Virt.  Cu is using HPE CSI driver version 1.16.1 and multipath is configured and it is served over fiber channel. 

This metric is important for the use case of the customer due to its architecture.  They need this metrics to validate the physical loss not the logical loss. For the the only way to achieve that is checking multipath config manually.
