1. Proposed title of this feature request

BMC information handover between installation and day 2 phase.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

ABI has information about the BMC required to install a bare metal cluster.
On day-2 tools like i.e. FAR (https://github.com/medik8s/fence-agents-remediation?tab=readme-ov-file#example-fenceagentsremediation-cr) need BMC information in order to properly fence nodes.

The idea of this RFE is for ABI to expose the BMC information in a secure way in the cluster, and to then allow a tool like medik8s to pick this information up and have FAR "automatically configured".
