Currently openshift logging support below mentioned log-stores: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_openshift_logging/6.4/html/configuring_logging/configuring-log-forwarding#clf-outputs_configuring-log-forwarding

Customer request:

• add s3 as supported log-store 
• add date reference to the log chunk
