Include addtional features introduced in upstream nmstate package.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The upstream nmstate package 2.2.51 intoduced the "alt-names" feature. However as of OCP 4.18 the nmstate operator does not have this feature in place.

This is a feature request to include the "alt-names" option. in the next nmstate operator release.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer has a challenge with day 2 operations in pre-defining additional nic interfaces where they have to take the time in gathering the exact nic interface names. Defining interfaces with more descriptive names using the "alt-names" feature saves the customer the effort of gathering the correct data manually.
