A feature should be added for the AdminNetworkPolicy to work for pods with HostNetwork.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The AdminNetworkPolicy works for namespace where the pods are not with the network type as HostNetwork . For example for ingress request from openshift-ingress pods which are of hostNetwork type.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer wants to move towards the ANP and BANP and create such policy for all namespace but fails to make for pods like ingress-router-pods.
