What is the nature and description of the request?

• Customer says that ACM automatically creates some default namespaces that do not adhere to the "openshift-*" standard that openshift operator-related namespaces usually follow.
• They would like all namespaces created by ACM to follow such similar prefix. So, they can use this in their automation. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Compliance and FinOps reports are affected and showing false positives. Unnecessary work related to this configuration.
