1. Proposed title of this feature request

• We would need a function in cluster compare which assist creating a template (reference config) . The tool might run interactively and  lets customer step through the diffs that cluster compare found and customer can tell it whether each one is a false-positive or not.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

• Customer need to ease setting up a reference config template of cluster compare .

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Tool is expected to help with Auto-generation of reference templates from a cluster or must-gather as there are a number of CRs. Manualy template creation is difficult.
• Operator aware grouping- Tool should automatically recognize which operator created which CR/CRD and group comparison output by operator instead of a flat CR list. It treats all CRs equally.
• If possible to have Redhat certified Reference packs per OCP Version(4.14/4.16/4.18). To provide ready-made certified, official reference baseline for each OpenShift version. 
• best practices for comparing Baremetal vs VM or IPI vs UPI clusters.
